Ottawa is providing much-needed and long-overdue relief for truck drivers who continue to grapple with the cost of food on the road.

The Teamsters Union, which represents over 5,500 truck driver in the province of Québec, is critical of his positions and line of thinking.
Teamsters Local Union 362 in Alberta is using its semi-trailer truck to get food to the Wood Buffalo Food Bank, which lost its building and all the food inside to flooding on Sunday. The union has so far delivered approximately 35 metric tons of food from Food Banks Alberta to a temporary staging area.
